What I liked
I attended recently for a CT scan in Radiology and whilst worried about my health issues I was treated with dignity, respect and kindness even though the department was very busy. All my concerns were addressed and answers given honestly and frankly by the doctors and nurses. All health issues cause worry snd stress for those suffering and their families but I would have no concerns about attneidng the Wythenshawe again for any matter.
What could be improved
More details about the procedure beforehand would have been helpful to me but this may not apply to all patients

I am very grateful for my treatment and the time spent by the nurses, doctors and consultants. Its a great pity that there is not a more direct way of showing my appreciation to them. The posters on the walls featuring the staff relating to hygiene were very well designed and put the point across very well and "humanised" the issue making it more relevant.
