(as a relative),

My father was recently admitted and died in the hospice. I cannot praise all the staff enough.

The care was excellent not only for my Dad but for the family as well. Nothing was a bother for them and they were caring and compassionate.

I would like to especially thank Morag, Colin, Karen and Mandy.

Dear MFW

Thank you for taking the time to express your appreciation of the staff within the hospice following the recent loss of your dad. This must be a very sad time for you and I would like to offer you and your family my sincere condolences.

It was good to hear that the staff recognised the importance of caring for not only your dad but the whole family, which is a very important aspect of care. I will be pleased to share your post with the hospice team and the management team responsible and ask them to make sure that Morag, Colin, Karen and Mandy receive your thanks.

I hope you find comfort in the weeks to come.
