"Superb St Mary's Staff"

Despite the mish-mash of buildings that comprise St Mary's Hospital, over the years I have received nothing but the very best care from all the staff and am constantly singing their praises and the unsurpassed service and care they unfailingly give. This was proved true yet again recently when I went in for a blood test that my St Mary's specialist had requested and the computer system had got things mixed up. The nurse on the Blood Test Reception Desk rose to the challenge magnificently, found my former blood tests on the system and arranged that another doctor on duty in the hospital immediately put a request in for me to have the blood test which worked very well and saved the day, and all within twenty minutes! So my specialist with whom I had an appointment the following week, had the results of a fresh blood test to hand and was therefore able to make a better informed diagnosis, as was originally intended. Well done yet again St Mary's, you're magnificent!
