My mum was rushed in to hospital Wednesday and she has been an outpatient for nearly 10 Year with terminal cancer. The A&E staff were fantastic with her even though she could hardly talk. We were admitted within 2 hours and pain relief ct scans and bloods we done. In EAU 4 the staff were fantastic all night. When she moved to F6 again what amazing people the staff were alway keep me her daughter informed at all times. They had a ward moved to D7 and still amazing in the madness so thank u.
Unfortunately when she was then moved to ward A4 I can't say the same on Friday lunch time the staff seemed nice but ward and bathroom were dirty but as the weekend shift change over happened well all I can say is that these members of staff let the hospital down
