"The care and support from all concerned was excellent"

I write this a relative of someone who has used the services for many years. The service of the social work department based at Caley Court has been invaluable and a constant source of support for my relative. The support has been invaluable in many times of crisis and also to promote and support a degree of independence which has given my relative a better quality of life. The support from an assigned care worker has been quite life changing and has been a life line for my relative. Also the adult support and protection service has promoted safety and wellbeing for my relative, involving and giving information on other services if required, eg advocacy, housing officer, community police, legal issues and home security. The care and support from all concerned was excellent. A truly exceptional service in my opinion.
