"Great care provided by the District Nursing Team"

I am writing to personally thank the District Nursing Team for their help recently in covering the Travatan eye drop application daily. This enabled me to take a week's holiday. Otherwise it would have been a massive worry to me and it is doubtful if I would have been abel to take this break without the backing of the District Nurses. I normally cover all Dad's day to day needs where I can.

The lady I spoke to in the first instance was Debbie, who could not have been more helpful and understanding. I have also spoken to Katrina today through another issue concerning Dad's care and once again thoroughly helpful and courteous.
