About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

I have been seeing the colorectal nurse for some years as a follow up to a bowel operation.

The nurse converses in a very calm and open manner which gives confidence and allows discussions of a sensitive nature to take place without embarrassment.

Their professional yet friendly approach is to be admired and, for older and younger people, must be welcomed by all.
