About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gastroenterology / General Medicine (Ward 5)

(as a relative),

My mother has been ready for discharge for three weeks from Wishaw General Hospital but because of the social work department she is still sitting there as they claim there are no carers available for morning personal care and lunch calls. I have no faith in their competence as I was told when I rang they had not had a hospital referral when in fact I have the paperwork to prove it.
