I had a cardiac ablation last Friday and everyone who cared for me was professional and knowledgeable and any questions I had were fully answered without delay.
No waiting for food, drinks or anything else. I really felt cared for in the true sense of the word. I couldn't praise the wonderful people who work on this ward highly enough. Thank you all so much.
