What I liked
The hospital was clean and some staff members were absolutely brilliant and v helpfull.
What could be improved
There appeared to be a lack of communication between staff especially at change over (shift change) periods.
I overheard staff on numerous occasions complaining about other staff members.
On a few occasions staff were unhelpful by replying to simple requests with: sorry its not my job or I dont normally work on this floor
