"quick response after visiting GP"

After my initial visit to my GP to discuss a problem with my left knee, I received an appointment with a consultant, I was offered a choice of times, and it was at a town centre health centre, which was very convenient, pleasant, and stress free.

I was seen at the appointed time by the consultant who was very professional, he gave me a thorough examination, suggested an x ray, and explained in great detail what the possible causes could be, and how they may be treated. He gave the necessary documentation to book an x-ray at the local hospital, I made

a telephone appointment for the following week, I was seen on time and dealt with in a pleasant manner.

The consultant rang me two weeks later explained the results, and suggested that I needed an MRI scan. I explained I was going on holiday for two weeks, on my return a letter from the MRI unit had arrived, I was able to book an appointment within the next two weeks.

I was seen on time and dealt with in an excellent manner, in all a most impressive service, I await the MRI results and feel confident that the consultant will sort out my knee problem.
