I had a 9:15 appointment (for which I arrived early) but was not seen by a doctor until 10:40. The reason: the admin staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice that they had not processed my paperwork. It was only after I spoke to them twice that they acted. They were quite friendly to patients but they need to up their game.

We will pass on your comments to the manager for her to be aware and act accordingly with the reception staff across all areas and remind staff of their expected behaviours and values.
