What I liked

The staff were extremely welcoming from the reception desk to the nurses, doctor and orthopedic doctor I was seen by. I was seen within fifteen minutes and a lot of time was taken checking and discussing my condition. At all times my condition was explained to me and I was very impressed when they arranged for me to see an orthopedic doctor there and then who spenf half an hour examining my knee and arranging for X rays, a crutch and painkillers to be given to me. A massive thank you to all the staff who dealt with me and explained exactly what treatment I would need in the future.

What could be improved
