What I liked
A&E were very efficient, treated me very well, referral to ENT was made next day, excellent, a voice mail message left for me and off I trot on the day
What could be improved
After waiting 2.5 hours beyond my allocated ENT appointment, the receptionist went to find out how much longer I would be waiting.
Till next day! the clinic had finished and the consultant had left, nobody bothered to tell me. to even pick up my notes the receptionist had left in the clinic etc. The clinic nurse was most apologetic and made an appointment for another consultants clinic for the following day
Anything else?
Clinics need a checklist to ensure all booked in patients have been seen.
