What I liked

i was very impressed with everything concerning my treatment and care whilst in hospital.the nurses were so friendly and professional at the same time.they took the utmost care with hygiene at all times.thankyou ward 24.

What could be improved

the only thing to mar my stay in hospital was the patientline sevices that are on offer to patients.they advertise their services all over the hospital,but unfortunately are unable to supply what they advertise.they take payment and then refuse a refund when told there services are unobtainable.it seems to me an easy way of taking money from people they know are generally ill and proberbly not likely to argue their case.shame on them.

Anything else?

oh yes, the food. absolutely brilliant.i went in armed with crisps,biscuits and a mobile to ask my husband to bring in burgers etc.i came out with the same crisps, biscuits etc.not once could i fault any meal i chose from the extensive menu, and it was always hot. my very best thanks to the chefs involved.well done.
