To the breast unit A104 and day unit admissions B448 and believe B447 who were fantastic so caring especially as I was so frightened and devastated when I found the lump.

I would like to thank Miss G Clayton and the pre-op admissions nurses especially Heidi who put my mind at ease even made me laugh, and another lady but didn't catch her name, I believe it may be Moira.

Also the breast unit, the anesthetist, surgeons, recovery nurses, and ward nurses were all caring and reassuring. I was attended to regularly and concerns were promptly addressed. My pain was managed effectively and I felt as though my dignity and privacy were respected. Everyone was so kind and genuine.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience I didn't feel I was next number 9. everyone was so gentle and warming like nurses used to be, I'm truly thankful, it's been one of my worst journeys I've had to travel, I even came home with a follow up appt. two weeks time to see Gemma who was lovely too, even to the point she rang to see how I was, but I was asleep.

Please forward to whom this concerns feedback is important to those that professionally do great jobs and long hours

Thank you
