What I liked

I was particularly impressed by the assurances of the Consultant that I was going to be well looked after. They were right. They came round after my surgery to discuss the outcome and re-assured me again that the operation had gone according to plans and was successful. It was a very big relief to experience such high quality care in these difficult times.

The consultant showed great care in listening to me and understanding my medical conditions. I always felt comfortable expressing my feelings to them and they often found the words to uplift me even when I am worried.

I owe them so much debt of gratitude for his skills and compassion.
