I work in a small team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde which seeks to involve patients and carers in the work of the NHS. The biggest part of my role is in managing feedback projects across the Board area, one of which is Patient Opinion. It is my job to give our patients and carers the opportunity to give us feedback, and to make sure that this is passed to the right people to help us improve the services we provide.

Good afternoon and thanks for getting in touch with me. I have passed your comments onto the Facilities managers for the New Victoria to see if there is anything that can be done here to resolve this issue - I know that it is something that has been raised in the past.

I hope to be able to get back to you as soon as possible with some more information, but in the meantime I just wanted to let you know that I have seen your post and have passed it to the right people.

Kind Regards,

Lorna

thank you.

Even a small improvement would make recovery a little easier for many people.
