"Good staff, thoughtless specialist at Hallamshire"

I went to Hallamshire day care unit for treatment because of abnormal nerves in my feet. The way I was treated was very good. I was treated as if I was a friend.

The staff were great, but I don't think the specialist believed me when I said the spine block hod not worked, even after the nurses had tested my feet and found the same results as I did.

The staff are great, but the specialists can be a bit thoughtless when it comes to patients who have already been through quite a lot even before being admitted to the pain clinic.
