Why, why, why has EVERYTHING on Comet Ward been so ridiculously slow ? ? ? ? ? Yet again wasted half hour waiting for medication to be dispensed! ! ! It doesn't matter what time of day I go, or how many staff you may see everything takes forever! ! ! ! Because of this I can no longer ask family to collect my medication! ! ! Totally unacceptable! ! !

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
