I checked on the website before setting out to see if it was OK to turn up at the minor injuries clinic with a pre-existing injury that had suddenly got worse.

It didn'tindicate that this was a problem.

30 mile round trip plus car parking charges wasted, as the clinic wouldn't see me.

Just an indication on the website of what does and doesn't constitute a problem they can treat would have been really helpful. I could have phoned, but felt guilty when NHS so busy.
