"Physio appointment with Marc"

Saw a physiotherapist called Marc this week.

He called me in at the time of my appointment, a rare occurrence in some hospitals, explained what he was going to do and would be able to do to help. He carried out a very thorough examination and explained why I was having the pain and what would help to relieve it.

He then carried out treatment which has helped with the pain. He gave me some exercises and made another appointment. All this in a very clean and friendly environment. Thank you.

Queen Victoria Hospital is a credit to the NHS I do not think I would have got better treatment if I had gone privately. Well done.
