I am disgusted and extremely upset with how impossible it is to contact anyone in the eye clinic or any department associated with it! I needed to reschedule an important follow up appointment (due to my 4 month old baby being unwell) and have been trying to contact them for over a week only to be put on hold for a total of nearly 3 hours and then to to be sent from department to department and given wrong numbers! A helpful person told me I need to go through to the A&E eye clinic however they were unlikely to answer the phone and sure enough they didn't. I am at a total loss as to what I should now do short of going back to A&E, but again with a 4 month old baby that is not a great option. I feel completely let down by the hospital and am now having to suffer because of it!
