On the 7th August i was taken by ambulance from work to Warwick hospital.I was taken to A@E and was diagnosed as needing an appendicitis operation, and it was discovered I was also in need of a hernia operation.
I was taken to Willoughby ward where I stayed before and after my operation.
When I first arrived on the ward I was quite poorly and felt awful(my wife and children said I had turned grey). The care I received from the nurses on that night and the following four days was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the Nurses(and all of the staff) worked tirelessly to ensure myself and my fellow patients were well cared for and content.
Honestly these people never stopped the whole time I was here. My thanks to all of the staff who looked after myself and the other guys in our corner of Willoughby. Please please pass on my thanks to your staff, everything was very much appreciated.
Yours Jason D Madden
