"Positive Doctor at ophthalmology appt"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust

(as the patient),

Although the doctor was delayed due to traffic, I and the other patients were kept informed of the delay and given a choice to make another appointment. The doctor was positive and provided a good explanation following the visual field test that had previously been carried out

A further appointment will be made in ¾ months.

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that the Ophthalmology Team kept you informed of how the clinic was progressing that day and that you found the Doctor gave a good explanation of the procedure he/she carried out.
