"Good Course but too long for one day"

I thought the session on awareness of diabetes (Type 2) was very informative.

The day course conducted by “Desmond” was very good although doing it all in one day did seem to be a bit “wearying” at the end, probably due to the whole subject being no fun. Towards the end I found myself trying very hard to interact with the questions and final reviews.

I think my brain was telling me I’d had enough in one day

I think the course would have benefited the people if it could have been done over 2 half days.

However, the booklets and pamphlets provided were very informative, especially with the test reviews and figures did tell me what I should do as regards the date of my diagnosis and the actions to take to benefit me. Overall I was glad I went
