"not very happy"

About: Newholme Hospital

Food was not very nice not a good choice of meals. Not like it used to be need a new cook. The nursing staff on the whole were very good but when a pedpan was asked for it was two and a quarter hours before one arrived. This is atrocious. It happened on more than one occasion and to many of the patients. Staff said they were too busy but were in fact talking amongst themselves at the nurses station. Some staff were also very sharp with some of the patients which was uncalled for. They have no patience or do not know how to communicate with ill people. Very disappointed.
