"bad attitude of the staff"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

This was one of my favourite hospitals in London and i visit this hospital quite often also. I have recently visited this hospital on 30th of July, 2015 and after the service I received from the staff I must say that was one of the worst services I received ever in my life, and made in my mind that I will never ever going to go to this hospital anymore. Upon arrival one of the reception welcomed me very well and then told me to go to another section in the counter, I believe a member of staff in other counter they might be one of the nurses. When I explained about my situation, they asked me so stupid questions like what can we do and why I'm here. I just ignored whatever they said. After waiting for 2 hour 45 min finally I was called by the same nurse again in the room. Over there they talked to me so rudely and again started asking me stupid questions like have i paid for prescription that made me surprise like what type of question they were asking. When i said no i've not paid they started asking me so furiously why you didn't pay for medicine. As being a regular visitor in this hospital i was never spoken someone in that way and i always used to get free medicine. But that time the way this person treated me like a slave and the rude attitude really shocked me alot and charged me money for medicine.
