"The process was so quick and efficient"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was referred to the eye clinic by my optician at 4pm and by 5: 20 I had had laser eye surgery. The process was so quick and the staff so efficient and professional, I didn't have time to be scared about what might happen. My torn retina is now repaired. What a great NHS!
