absolutely dreadful, have been on the phone for the last 10 minutes trying to get throught to an ent appointments - 1st operator, then paediatrics, then finance,then back to automated system, then thank you for calling goodbye - cut me off !!! rubbish! get your system sorted out Northwick Park Hospital !!!!
