"Nurses smile and treat everyone with compassion"

I was admitted to NNUH via A&E to Dilham Ward. I don't have enough words to express how much I felt cared for and how hard working and patient is the staff there.

Nurses and carers working in Dilham ward are example for the most professional and dignified care I have been under. For the first time in my life I felt that I would stay because the care was so brilliant.

As a healthcare professional myself I could not find even one fault or something negative to say about their work or professional attitude.

Nurses and care staff work very hard, all day/ night long. At times I could see their tired eyes but they still smile and treat everyone with same compassion respect and care.

I would like to say special thanks to RN Charlotte, RN Maria, RN Hayley, and the care staff- Hayley, Delia, Emma. You are example for your profession.
