After receiving a copy of my notes from my appointments by 2 different Neurologist, there were a few mistakes in them. It felt like one Neurologist did not listen to what i had said to them, as i felt their notes were all over the place and incorrect. and the 2nd letter i received from a different Neurologist. had incorrect information, and re tracking what they had said in a previous letter a couple of months back.......one unhappy patient, do they realise that they are playing with people's emotions
