I've been looking online in a way to thank the team at AE that saw me yesterday... I'm a Dr myself, unfortunate to had an accident on my bike due to some silly and reckless driver.I sustain a fracture in my great left toe, nothing major, I know, but I'm a keen sportswoman... Anyway, from the lovely receptionist that admired my handmade crochet cardigan to the Nurse that triaged me, the Practitioner Nurse that requested my X ray, the radiographer, the lovely SHO (I know what is being an SHO in AE,) to the Consultant that reviewed my X ray. They made me feel properly looked after with professionalism and humanity... and here I am with my walking cast tenderly adjusted by the "cast person" I have my Fracture clinic review next week and I just want to tell you that we complaint many times, but very few we take the time to thank and tell you how wonderful work you do! From the bottom on my heart : Thank you <3
