"I have a better outlook on life"

I was in a psyhciatric hospital at Whiston for 10 months. I did not know these existed. The staff here were amazing as they had belief and hope that I would get better even though I did not see it. The activity coordinator encouraged me to do things even though I was not up for it. Also the psychologist allowed me to open up withourt being judged. She is great at what she does. I had no hope but the help of the staff got me back to a positive state. I am much more stronger than I was prior to this illness and have a better outlook on life. If I was ill again I would be happy to come here again.
