I brought my elderly Mum into the Out of Hours Department after she had been complaining of feeling unwell for a week although she had seen her own Doctor who did say her temperature was slightly raised and probably was a viral infection.. I drove 130 miles on a Saturday on the spur of the moment to take her as she was still insistent she didn't feel well all the time. The Doctor we saw was absolutely fantastic and so caring. I am sorry I cannot remember their name but they were so kind to my Mum and did blood and urine tests as well as taking her blood pressure, listening to her chest etc. They then very kindy phoned me with the results to put my mind at ease and reiterated that she had a mild infection for which she was treated with anti biotics. This put her mind at rest too as she had been given a full MOT. Great Doctor, a credit to Cheltenham General.
"Very Impressed"
