"Thank you N1 Royal Hallamshire - Neurosurgery"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Neurosurgery

(as the patient),

The staff and surgeon on ward N1 (Neurosurgery) were pleasant, explanatory and caring not just for myself but to other patients on the ward. The nursing staff/ reception staff and all the tea staff made you feel welcome from being admitted to leaving and cleanliness of them was always first hand. However the cleanliness of the wards could have been better, around the windows especially (even though the ward was cleaned daily the windows/sills were never cleaned while I was there, not even the chairs). Even visitors commented on the thickness of dust in the areas. But as I said the staff were beyond fault.

I would like to thank the receptionist, people who came round with the meals/tea and all the nurses and doctor's and Mr Jelinek for all their care given to me on my visit for two disc replacements. I cannot single out one person as they all shared consideration in making my stay and other's on the ward pleasent. Thank you!
