"admin very poor."

Our GP. asked for a urgent appointment for my wife to see a pain consultant. but because the admin is very poor the appointment was cancelled a new appointment was made but we never received the new appointment. at my home address. We arrived at the time on the original letter and was told the appointment had been changed. but the clinic saw us anyway we saw a very nice nurse in the clinic who told us we would have to make a another appointment see a consultant. This is not good enough we have wasted fuel and time this is the second time .My wife is in a lot a pain from her back and to be told to make another appointment was a blow to elderly woman
