"Doctor could not find notes about my case"

About: Orsett Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I went to Orsett Hospital with a ruptured bakers cyst but he did not know why I was there. He could not find any notes about my case.

Had to see a orthopaedic consultant. Why be seen by someone that has no idea why I'm there. What a waste of mine and his time.
