"Friendly staff but car parking and cleanliness a let down"

The best thing about my sons treatment for suspected meningococcal at Doncaster Royal Infirmary was the friendly nursing staff on ward 31, but I felt disappointed by the standards to cleanliness. I believe my son was given the best care I could have hoped for. I found the car parking was awful, with a sick child to care for, finding somewhere to park my car just added to the stress. However, I couldn't fault the staff on the quickness to treating my son and the help and advice I was given.
