"Helpful ambulance crew"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I called 111 for some info due to my GCA condition they got an ambulance crew to me. I really am thankful to John and the chap with him they were so professional.

Friendly and helped me, put me at ease as I was scared of what was happening. to me. They explained all that they did. Thankfully I did not have to go to hospital.

But they left me assured if symptoms got worse what I should do... I was very pleased with the service I received last night.
