I went to Specsavers in Wellington, Telford, Shropshire on Saturday 14th March 2015. The lady audiologist was very thorough and explained fully to me what was happening. The hearing test took an hour with me being told, a phone call in a few weeks, would be made to see how I was adapting to hearing aids. The lady from TRAQS was very pleasant and gave me an option of going to Specsavers in Wellington, or the Princess Royal Hospital, Telford. There was an appointment going at Specsavers, so I decided to take that. All in all, I am very satisfied with TRAQS and also Specsavers on how quickly I was treated so thank you.
