I had to call 111 over a weekend when my own doctor was not available, I had a urine infection to which I am prone.
The people at 111 advised me to go to the Queen Mary’s drop in centre in Roehampton where they tested my urine and prescribed tablets. I was also advised to see my GP after the course of tablets had been completed so that they could confirm I was clear of the infection.
It was a very smooth and straightforward service.
