"Late appointment as doctor delayed earlier"

About: Solihull Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

Father had to go to Solihull hospital for appointment after previous surgery has left him worse than before. He turned to be told he needed X-Ray before he could be seen. Then was told by the way there is a 30min delay on X-Rays and on top of that a 30min delay on seeing the doctor. This is ridiculous! 1hour past appointment because doctor was delayed earlier in the day. Not our problem.
