A very professional ,approachable and very polite behaviour I went for a check as I was suffering and my surgery Forest Gate has refused to give me appointment, the staff at reception could clearly hear that I was in agony and crying still they didn't give me appointment and being a foreigner I was stressed as I didn't know where to go then I came to know via internet about St Mary and went there the Reception was so polite and helped me to ease with the situation and was seen by the doctor and a nurse. They carried out the tests I asked for and were very approachable and understanding (non-judgemental) about sexual health questions. I felt very comfortable. It was a walk-in clinic and I was seen within an hour, though the waiting times can be longer later in the day. I was very satisfied with the information and advice I received and I felt well taken care of. Thank you to the doctor's and nurses for providing an excellent service. Today I got a phone about my all results with polite ways which I waited from surgery for long time and they said no further action needed even I was offered further help as in report I had little issue but that was making me worry and uncomfortable as the pain was not letting me sleep or to do any thing, but with all my previous appointment with surgery I had no relief I been seen by student Dr which was more about their study not about my problem But in St Mary ,the Dr was so good ,polite and her medicine worked straight away God bless the doctor and the nurse was very nice too I wish whoever suffer like this get treated same I got at St Mary not like forest gate or lakeside. I been there and no treatment worked for me. The Dr there was very rude and left me in the middle to see some one else. I was loosing hope for treatment and I went St Mary. The doctor was very nice and polite. All I can say I want to thank them a lot . Thank you very much
