I have recently had a relative in the Royal. I felt her treatment was awful. Dignity was not respected. Trying to call reception was a nightmare. The phone rings and rings. No doubt down to lack of staff. Don't get me wrong, there are some wonderful nurses with real compassion. But as you know it's always the bad points that get reported. The management need to get on the front line!
