What could be improved
The waiting time before the switchboard was picked up was very long. I had to contact a specific department as an outpatient, and that department's number is nowhere to be found on any website, all you get is the general number that kept on ringing. I did waste a couple of hours trying to get through. Now I am trying to get through to the specific department and their number is engaged - great!
