"Don't bother calling, no-one knows anything"

About: Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

Hello, Don't bother calling the hospital, you might be told that you have to "ring back tomorrow as there is no-one in the unit", or else you might be even given two or three numbers which don't even work, that is providing that someone on switchboard even answers in the first place. If you are really lucky, the unit you are speaking to, might even be the right one.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back to us. We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience of telephone contact at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, UCLH. We would be grateful if you could contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) via pals@uclh.nhs.uk or by calling 020 3447 3042 so that we can look into this.
