my daughter was admitted to an emergency ward as she had bloods done and doctor was concerned about the white cell count and the crp levels, so wanted her to have urgent CT scan. She had never been in hospital before and was very poorly and didn't know what to expect. the nurses didn't tell her what they were doing and what for. The urgent CT scan didn't take place til the following Tuesday 4 days later and by this time the consultant had made up their mind she was suffering from an illness, so prescribed steroids. they discharged her on the Thursday 7th May for her only to have been rushed into another hospital by ambulance for life saving surgery. I am totally disgusted with the treatment she suffered and what she has been put through. I would never send any family member to this hospital for anything. Wythenshawe hospital is a much better place to be treated
