What I liked
My Aunt was a patient in the ITU in June and I would like to say how wonderful the whole team were in caring for her. They treated her with feeling, kindness and dignity and most of all as if she were as important as their own family members. As a family we were treated with respect and utmost kindness and kept informed throughout her stay. We have the utmost respect for the team, they are a wonderfully dedicated team who deserve to be recognised for their commitment.
What could be improved
I can't think of anything, unless it could be to improve the working conditions for these wonderful people - they deserve more respect and thought.
