really bad service with one dentist was extremely rude to me along with their assistant. got referred by my local dentist for an emergency extraction with sedation for my anxiety. had to wait 5 months in agony. to then turn up, sit in the chair, and the dentist goes to put local anaesthetic in. i told them to stop, i've been referred for sedation. their reply was "you'll have to wait at least another 3 months for an appointment and then could still be a while after that, can't you just do it without?" absolutely ludacris, most likely because i'm an NHS referral and not a paying customer. then after much confusion i explained my anxiety is really bad and i'm on medication (they both clearly don't know how to deal with anxious patients) and decided to leave it as i said to them if i wanted it out normally why would i have been referred and wait 5 months? i would have just got my dentist to do it. absolutely disgusting service. I even smiled and said sorry for any confusion and they both completely ignored me, almost child like behaviour. I have since had all 3 teeth taken out at Charles Clifford hospital in sheffield and not only i got an appointment within two weeks, the staff we're really friendly and did a great job. not sure why anybody would use you and i will make sure to keep people away.
